COMPETITION SPECIFIC TERMS

‘Competition General Terms and Conditions’ apply to all Bauer Radio Competitions, to the extent that they are not modified or overridden by these Specific Terms (link to general terms page)

ITEM 4: COMPETITION REGISTRATION DATES AND TIMES

Entries for the online Competition will be open between Monday 28^th May 2012 & Friday 1^st June 2012 between 12pm-3pm (specific time to be stated by the presenter each day).

 

No pre-registration is required for the on air competition.

 

Any entries received before the opening dates or after the closing dates (for whatever reason) will be invalid.

ITEM 5: COMPETITION CONTESTING DATES AND TIMES

As above.

ITEM 6: ENTRANT RESTRICTIONS

The on air competition is open to UK residents.

 

Entrants must seek bill payer’s permission before entering the competition.

ITEM 7: ROUTES OF ENTRY

You can enter by telephone by calling the studio line when the presenter states.

ITEM 9: DRAW DETAILS

Each day, Neev will tell listeners about a moral dilemma that we have put to one of the Kiss presenters and encourage listeners to call the studio to tell us whether they think the presenter will go for the ‘good’ option or the ‘evil’ option.

 

Neev/show producer will select two callers at random from the phone lines. Off air the first one who is spoken to by Neev/show producer will get to choose whether they think the presenter that day will choose ‘good’ or ‘evil’. The second caller they speak to will back the other option. Neev will play out a clip of audio on air that will reveal the answer. The caller who is backing the right answer will be taken to air as the winner. The other entrant does not receive anything.

 

The winner each day will then get to choose if they want the “good” prize or the “evil” prize.

A single prize consisting of the following will be awarded to the daily prizewinner subject to the prizewinner complying with all the terms and conditions applicable to the Competition:

1.Travel is subject to availability at the discretion of the organiser, must be taken during low season and excludes the period 27th July to 12th August 2012 and 29th August to 9th September 2012, Christmas, New Year, Valentines, Easter, School Holidays and Bank Holidays.

2.Travel will be by train, must be off peak and booked a minimum of 6 weeks in advance.

3.Hotel is classed as a 3 Star and is based on two people sharing a twin or double room (winner’s choice) with ensuite bathroom on a bed and breakfast basis.

4.Selective shopping experience is subject to availability at time of booking.

Winners will receive a call from Bauer Media in the week after winning on air to confirm the prize.

 

NDL Group will provide the prize and if it is a product, it will be posted to the winner within 28 days of winning. If it is a holiday/experience, full booking details will be provided to the winner within 28 days of winning.
