COMPETITION SPECIFIC TERMS
‘Competition General Terms and Conditions’ apply to all Bauer Radio Competitions, to the extent that they are not modified or

overridden by these Specific Terms ( HYPERLINK “http://www.kissfmuk.com/legal/kiss-competition” http://www.kissfmuk.com/legal/kiss-

competition)

ITEM 1: COMPETITION NAME

ITEM 2: PROMOTER

ITEM 4: COMPETITION REGISTRATION DATES AND TIMES 
Entries for the Competition will be open at 15.00 on 22nd June 2012 and close at 22.00 on 24th June 2012 (“Registration Period“).
All entries must be received within the Registration Period.
Any entries received outside the Registration Period (for whatever reason) will be invalid.
To enter the Competition, an entrant must
- Log into their Twitter account at HYPERLINK “http://twitter.com/” http://twitter.com
- Follow @KissFMUK
- Send a ‘tweet’ to @KissFMUK explaining why you are Katy Perry’s biggest fan and why you should be selected as a winner.

Entrants must also use the hashtag #KISSKATY within the text of their tweet to qualify.
Entrants will only be required to tweet once to be eligible for selection throughout the Operating Period but may tweet as often as

they like.

ITEM 5: COMPETITION CONTESTING DATES AND TIMES
The Competition will run from 15.00 on Friday 22nd June 2012 and close at 22.00 on Sunday 24th June 2012 (“Registration Period“).
After the entries have closed, the promoters (Kiss) will select our favourite four ‘tweets’ to @KissFMUK that have told us why they are

Katy Perry’s biggest fan and why they should be selected as a winner using the ‘hash-tag’ #KISSKATY. The entries will be judged on

originality and passion for Katy Perry and the judge’s decision is final.
Each of the selected tweets will be a ‘winning contestant’, providing the entrant satisfies this and the other terms and conditions of

this Competition.
The main prize winner will be announced in the Breakfast Show on KISS on Monday 25th June. They will be contacted after the show to

confirm.
The ‘winning contestants’ will be messaged by Kiss via Twitter and will be given an email address to contact with their full name and

contact details. There will also be a deadline given – winners must reply with all required information by this time or they will

forfeit their prize. No other or further communication will be made to contact winners – entrants must respond to the message before

the deadline given.
Entrants replying via Twitter will not count as a response.
Upon receiving an email from the ‘winning contestant’, Kiss will provide the ‘winning contestant’ with an email which will contain all

information on how to claim their prize.

ITEM 6: ENTRANT RESTRICTIONS
The competition is open to UK residents.

There are no other methods of entering this Competition.

ITEM 8: JUDGING DETAILS
After the entries have closed, the promoters (Kiss) will select our favourite five ‘tweets’ to @KissFMUK that have told us why they are

Katy Perry’s biggest fan and why they should be selected as a winner using the ‘hash-tag’ #KISSKATY. The entries will be judged on

originality and passion for Katy Perry and the judge’s decision is final.
The winners will only be chosen from the entrants who have followed the above route of entry (Item 7).

There will be one main winner and four runners up.

ITEM 9: DRAW DETAILS
As above.

ITEM 10: PRIZE DETAILS
A single prize consisting of the following will be awarded to the prizewinners subject to the prizewinners complying with all the terms

and conditions applicable to the Competition.

One main winner will receive:

1 x pair of tickets to the European Premiere of Katy Perry: Part of Me 3D on Tuesday 3rd July in London.
Meet and greet with Katy Perry on the night.
One night’s hotel accommodation in London for two people with breakfast.
Return rail travel for two people up to the value of £100.

Four runners up will each receive:

1 x pair of tickets to the European Premiere of Katy Perry: Part of Me 3D on Tuesday 3rd July in London.

At least one of the attendees must be 18 years old or over and both attendees must comply with the PG certification of the film.

The main winner will need to provide travel receipts and the travel allowance will be administered either in the form of a cheque or

bank transfer within 14 days of submitting receipts. If bank transfer prize winners bank details will be required.

The Promoter will make every effort to deliver the very best experience at the meet and greet and event, although some circumstances

are beyond the control of the distributor e.g. non-attendance of celebrity talent/cast/crew, time talent spends with the winner etc.

Neither the Promoter nor Kiss will be held liable for this.

During the meet and greet there will be no guarantee of a photographs throughout the experience or with the talent. If an opportunity

arises for a photograph with talent, this will be taken in groups and the winner will not be permitted to use their own camera.

Autograph signings are at the sole discretion of the talent and their publicists and this element is in no way guaranteed.

The Promoter is not liable for any delay or failure to perform any obligation to the winner or other entrant (and/or guests) that is

caused by any circumstance beyond its reasonable control or by any act or omission of any third party.

Paramount Pictures cannot be held responsible if the event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances which are beyond their control.

In this event the winner will receive tickets to another Paramount Pictures film premiere, of which date, time and location will be

specified by Paramount Pictures.

Prizes are as stated and non-transferable. No cash alternatives will be offered. If, due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s

control, Promoter is unable to provide the stated prize(s) the Promoter reserves the right to award a substitute prize. Prizes are

subject to any additional terms and conditions of the manufacturer / supplier.

The Promoter has the right to select an alternative winner if:
a) a winner is ineligible to enter the competition;
b) the Promoter is unable to contact a winner within 24 hours of the closing date for entries if a prize is only available for a

specific date or dates
c) the winner is under 18 and his/her parent or guardian do not agree to these terms and conditions or do not wish their child to

receive a prize
d) the Promoter does not receive confirmation of the winner’s address and/or parental consent within 24 hours of any request
e) the Promoter does not receive from the winner all documentation required in connection with the prize within the deadline

notified by the Promoter
f) a winner is unavailable on any specific date or dates notified at the time of entry
g) In the event that the winner cannot attend or cannot be reached within 24 hours of first attempt the winner’s claim will lapse

and automatically become void. If the entry selected is invalid, adjudged void or a prize claim lapses, another entrant may be selected

at random from the remaining eligible entries at the Promoter’s sole discretion (but the Promoter shall have no obligation to do so).

The winners must be available for press relating to the prize draw. By entering the prize draw, entrants consent to the use of their

names and place of residence for publicity purposes relating to this Promotion in any media carried out by the Promoter, without

payment or compensation.

The Promoter reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value at any time.

The prize is not transferable and is only redeemable by the named winner and cannot be sold onto a 3rd party.

ITEM 11: PRIZE PROVIDER
The prize will be provided by Paramount Pictures.

ITEM 12: OTHER CONDITIONS
No travel or accommodation is included in the runner up prizes.

Prizes are non-transferrable and no alternative will be offered.
