COMPETITION SPECIFIC TERMS
Radio’s ‘Competition General Terms and Conditions’ apply to all Bauer Radio Competitions, to the extent that they are not modified or overridden by these Specific Terms

ITEM 1: COMPETITION NAME     Thorpe Park – The Swarm (online competition)

ITEM 2: PROMOTER     Bauer Radio Limited trading as: Kiss

ITEM 3: WEBSITE     www.kissfmuk.com

ITEM 4: COMPETITION REGISTRATION DATES AND TIMES     Registration for the online competition will open at 00:01 on 19th July 2012 and close at 23.59 on 27th July 2012.

No entries received before or after these times will be accepted.

ITEM 5: COMPETITION CONTESTING DATES AND TIMES    See ITEM 5.

ITEM 6: ENTRANT RESTRICTIONS
The online competition is open to UK residents.

ITEM 7: ROUTES OF ENTRY     Entry via www.kissfmuk.com

ITEM 8: JUDGING DETAILS
The online competition winner will be picked at random from those correctly answering the following question: “How high is The Swarm Inverted Drop?” via the dedicated winning page. Only entrants who correctly answer the question and submit their details via this route will be eligible to win.

Winner will be contacted and awarded their prize within 28 days of the closing date (27th July 2012)

ITEM 9: DRAW DETAILS     As above.

ITEM 10: PRIZE DETAILS     A single prize consisting of the following will be awarded to each of the prizewinners subject to the prizewinners complying with all the terms and conditions applicable to the competition:

One winner each day will win:
-    1 x £1,000 in the form of a cheque

ITEM 11: PRIZE PROVIDER     The winner will be contacted in the week following winning to confirm prize.

The cheque will be posted out within 28 days of winning by Bauer Media providing the winner can be contacted to confirm entry details and agreement to aforementioned T&Cs.
