COMPETITION SPECIFIC TERMS

Entries for the Competition will open and close at specific times (to be stated by the presenter each day) between 06:00 and 17:00 on Saturday 21st July 2012 and between 06:00 and 17:00 on Sunday 22nd July 2012.
No pre-registration is required
Any entries received before the opening dates or after the closing dates (for whatever reason) will be invalid and won’t be counted.
ITEM 5: COMPETITION CONTESTING DATES AND TIMES

ITEM 6: ENTRANT RESTRICTIONS
The on air competition is open to UK residents aged 12 years or over at the time of entering.
Entrants must seek bill payer’s permission before entering the competition.
All attendees at the event must be over 12 years of age. Any persons under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian of one of the under-18’s. No additional tickets will be provided for parents/guardians and must be part of the winner’s allocation of 4 tickets.
Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
ITEM 7: ROUTES OF ENTRY
Each day, presenters will tell listeners when they need to call in between 6am-5pm for the chance to win. Listeners will need to call the studio when they are told to for the chance to win.
One caller will be selected at random from the studio phone lines at this time and will be taken to air and awarded the prize if they adhere to the terms and conditions of the competition.
ITEM 9: DRAW DETAILS
The 20 prize winners will be chosen at random from all persons who successfully called the KISS studio line at the time stated by the presenter.
There will be ten competition executions each day.
ITEM 10: PRIZE DETAILS
A single prize consisting of the following will be awarded to the prize winners subject to the prize winnersafter the entries have closedof entry complying with all the terms and conditions applicable to the Competition:
20 winners will each receive 4 x standard tickets to one of the following Olympic events: (Event winner attends to be determined by KISS and will be stated on air at the time of entering)

Each prize includes:
4 x tickets to the event allocated to that winning hour.
4 x travel cards for London Zones 1-9 for the day of the event winner is to attend.Winners will need to make their own travel arrangements to get to and from London.
No additional transport, accommodation, food or drink will be included in the prize.
There is no alternative prize. Winners are not able to choose the event they attend.
Please note that the timings of the events vary and some are in the daytime and often TBC.

Bauer Media will contact winners by phone to confirm their prize win.
Tickets will be posted to the winner in time for the event. Please note, winners will need to sign for the tickets – this is the responsibility of the prize winner. If the winner is not contactable in time to post out tickets, the winner may need to pick up the tickets from a London location.
There is no cash alternative and the prize is non-transferable and non-refundable.
Proof of ID is essential for the winner and their guests.
Winners will be required to sign a participation agreement form providing their name and address and other details to enable the Promoter to verify their prize entitlement as a precondition for participating in the prize they have won. For winners under 18 years, this form must also be signed by their parent or legal guardian. It is the responsibility of the winner (or the winner’s parent or legal guardian where the winner is under 18 years) to ensure that they sign and return their participation agreement form. Failure to return signed participation agreement form may result in the winner forfeiting their prize.
Once winners have received the participation agreement form and confirmation email, all completed documents must be returned by email to coca-cola.olympics@thisisbd.com within 24 hours of receipt or winners may be requested to forfeit their tickets.
Once these forms are received and verified winners will be sent an email notifying them either about when their tickets will be sent out or about the time and location they will need to collect their tickets from. Winners will be required to show photo ID to be allowed to collect their ticket packs.
The winners pack will include 4 x tickets to one London 2012 event, 4 x London Zones 1-9 travel cards valid only for the day of the event and a sport spectator guide.
Winners are responsible for making their own travel arrangements to and from the venue they have won tickets to for them and their guests. For further information on getting to the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games please visit http://www.london2012.com/getting-to-the-games
Winners and their guests must be available to attend on the day of the event to be won in the draw entered in order to accept the prize.
Ticket holders will be subject to LOCOG’s Terms and Conditions of Ticket Purchase which can be found at www.tickets.london2012.com/purchaseterms.html
Ticket holders have responsibility for all tickets in their possession. Removing any part of, altering or defacing a ticket may result in entry to a venue being refused. LOCOG and the Authorised Ticket Reseller (ATR) (in this case the Promoter) shall not be liable to compensate for lost, stolen, forgotten or damaged tickets. It is not possible to issue duplicate and/or replacement tickets.
Tickets purchased or obtained from or through persons other than directly from LOCOG or the Promoter and otherwise in accordance with these terms and conditions shall be VOID and may be SEIZED or CANCELLED WITHOUT REFUND OR ENTRY TO A SESSION.
Tickets are STRICTLY NON-TRANSFERABLE and MUST NOT BE SOLD nor advertised for sale whether on the internet, in newspapers or elsewhere.
If more than one ticket is issued to a winner, those tickets may only be used by the winner and a family member, friend or colleague who is known to the winner personally and who is intended to accompany the winner to a session. Winners will be responsible for their guests and they must be in compliance with the eligibility requirements of these terms and conditions and LOCOG’s terms and conditions of ticket purchases – see point 5.
All ticket holders are advised that, under s.31 of the London Olympic Games and Paralympic Games Act 2006, it is a CRIMINAL OFFENCE to sell a Ticket in a public place or in the course of business and otherwise than in accordance with the authorisation of LOCOG. Any ticket obtained in breach of these terms and conditions shall be void and all rights conferred or evidenced by such ticket shall be nullified.
Winners may be required to participate in reasonable publicity with no further recompense.
If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, or in the spirit of the promotion, the Promoter may at its sole discretion refuse to accept an entry.
The Promoter’s decision is final in all matters pertaining to the promotion and no correspondence will be entered into.
There are no cash or other prize alternatives available in whole or in part except in the event of circumstances outside its reasonable control, the promoter reserves the right to substitute similar alternatives of equal or greater value.
Any question regarding the legal interpretation of these terms and conditions will be based on English law and the Courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
The Promoter reserves the right to amend, vary or withdraw the promotion at any time owing to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, only where circumstances make this unavoidable.
