COMPETITION SPECIFIC TERMS

Entries for the on-air competition will open every day between 23rd July 2012 and 27th July 2012 between 06:00-0900 (specific time to be stated by the presenters each day).
Any entries received before the opening dates and times or after the closing dates and times (for whatever reason) will be invalid.
There is no pre-registration required
ITEM 5: COMPETITION CONTESTING DATES AND TIMES
ITEM 6: ENTRANT RESTRICTIONS
The on air competition is open to UK residents aged over 12 years at the time of entering. If winners are under 12 they’ll need to be accompanied by an adult over 18.
Entrants must seek bill payer’s permission before entering the competition.
ITEM 7: ROUTES OF ENTRY
Each day, presenters will tell listeners when they need to call the KISS studio between 6am-9am for the chance to win. Listeners will need to call the studio when they are told to for the chance to win. There will be a “Swarm” soun, which will be their cue to call.
One caller will be selected at random from the studio phone lines at this time and will be taken to air and awarded the prize if they adhere to the terms and conditions of the competition.

ITEM 8: JUDGING DETAILS
The prize winner will be chosen at random from all persons who successfully called the KISS studio line at the time stated by the presenter.
There will be one competition execution each day for five days

A single prize consisting of the following will be awarded to each of the prizewinners subject to the prizewinners complying with all the terms and conditions applicable to the competition:
One winner each day will win:
- 1 x annual Merlin’s pass to Thorpe Park
- 1 x £50 towards spending money
- 3 x one-day entry passes to Thorpe Park
- 4 x Accommodation near Thorpe Park
- 1 x £200 towards travel expenses

No child or children under the age of 12 will be admitted to the Park unless they are accompanied by an adult, who shall be 16 years or over and such child or children whilst in the Park must remain under the control or supervision of an adult at all times
If the winner choses to go to Thorpe Park on the KISS excursion with Rickie, Melvin and Charlie they will have to make their own way to and from the park. They will have to be able to attend on the date decided on by KISS, once this date has been confirmed. If the winner and their three friends are unable to make that date, they can still receive the full prize package, provided they adhere to all terms and conditions.
The three admission standard tickets will be issued within three months of the competition closing. They will be issued no sooner than 30th July 2012. The date the tickets are used can be chosen by the winner – however this date is subject to availability and Thorpe Park approval. The winner must use the three tickets on the same date.
Accommodation will be a hotel room and will be room only and will not include any meals. The date can be chosen by the winner – provided it is approved by KISS and Thorpe Park and is subject to availability. This must be taken within three months of competition closing – and must coincide with the visit to Thorpe Park for the winner and their 3 guests. One of the group must be 18 years old or over.
The Merlin’s annual pass will be issued within three months of the competition closing. It will be issued no earlier than 30th July 2012. The pass will expire exactly one year from issue date.

All persons entering the Park must hold a valid admission ticket.
If re-entry into the Park is required, you must obtain an appropriate handstamp, before exiting the Park which must be shown at the time of re-entry to gain access to the Park. Admission tickets must be retained at all times and submitted for inspection if required by Security or Thorpe personnel. Any person attempting to gain admission to the Park or being found inside the Park without a valid ticket may be ejected from the Park.
All tickets are non-transferable and cannot be re-sold without prior permission of Thorpe. If Thorpe reasonably believes that a ticket has been resold without such consent or purchased from an unauthorised source, the holder may be refused entry to or ejected from the Park without refund or payment of compensation. Any admission tickets, or discount vouchers, purchased or obtained from ticket touts will not be valid and the holder will be refused entry or ejected from the Park without payment of compensation. All admission prices are subject to change.
Admission tickets are non-exchangeable, non-refundable and void if altered. They are not valid for special events that require a separate admission charge.
The £50 spending money and £200 travel money will be provided to the winner in the form of a cheque which will be posted to the winner within 28 days of winning

Tickets will be posted to winners prior to the event.
