COMPETITION SPECIFIC TERMS
’Competition General Terms and Conditions’ apply to all Bauer Radio Competitions, to the extent that they are not modified or overridden by these Specific Terms

ITEM 4: COMPETITION REGISTRATION DATES AND TIMES


Entries for the Competition will be open on Tuesday 23 August 2012 until Monday 28th August 2012 at Midday
Any entries received before the opening dates or after the closing dates (for whatever reason) will be invalid.

ITEM 5: COMPETITION CONTESTING DATES AND TIMES

As above.
ITEM 6: ENTRANT RESTRICTIONS


The competition is open to UK residents. Any winners under the age of 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian over 18 years old to attend the screening.

ITEM 7:  PRIZE DETAILS


A single prize consisting of the following will be awarded to each of the prizewinners subject to the prizewinners complying with all the terms and conditions applicable to the Competition:
1 x pair of tickets to the UK Premiere of Bad 25 at a London location on the afternoon of Sunday 2 September 2012 – this is non-transferable.
All tickets are supplied in good faith and Bauer Media cannot be held responsible for any changes or cancellation in screening times.
Winners must be over the age of 16 years old. Anyone aged 16 or 17 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian over 18 years old to attend the screening.
ITEM 8: PRIZE PROVIDER


If successful in their entry, winners will receive confirmation via email from Kiss or Bauer Media.

ITEM 9: ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• Resale of tickets is strictly prohibited.
All bookings are also subject to the cinemas own terms and conditions of entry.
• Sony Music reserves the right to refuse tickets to an applicant and the right to withdraw access at any time and without giving reason. Sony Music in conjunction with its partners, will use its best endeavours to ensure that the performance will take place in accordance with its advertised programme. However, it reserves the right to cancel a performance, substitute an alternative film or vary the time of an exhibition if forced to do so by circumstances beyond its control.
• If a performance is cancelled or its timing changed substantially, Sony liability will be restricted, at its discretion, to offer an alternative screening as subject to availability.
• Proof of age may be required in certain instances.
• Tickets cannot be exchanged for money refunded.
• Sound and video recording equipment, cameras and mobile telephones are not permitted in the auditorium.
• All prize winners shall be responsible for their own travel and/or accommodation and Sony Music shall not be liable for any expenses.
