ITEM 4: COMPETITION REGISTRATION DATES AND TIMES
Entries for the Competition will be open between Monday 12th November 2012 at midday and Sunday 18th November 2012 at 23.59.

All online entries must be received by Sunday 18th November 2012 at 23.59.

Any entries received before the opening dates or after the closing dates (for whatever reason) will be invalid.

ITEM 5: COMPETITION CONTESTING DATES AND TIMES
As above.

ITEM 6: ENTRANT RESTRICTIONS
The competition is open to UK residents over the age of 18 years old at the time of entering.

ITEM 7: ROUTES OF ENTRY
You can enter by correctly answering a question and submitting your details on the specific competition page at KISSFMUK.com.

ITEM 9: DRAW DETAILS
The winner will be selected from all correct entries after the competition has closed at Sunday 18th November 2012 at 23.59.

There will be one winner only.

ITEM 10: PRIZE DETAILS
A single prize consisting of the following will be awarded to the prize winner subject to the prize winner complying with all the terms and conditions applicable to the Competition:

One winner will receive the following:

Blu Ray DVD of choice.
Sony 42” Widescreen Full HD 1080p LCD TV with Freeview.
Frostbite 46 Litre Mini Fridge.
£100 Tesco Voucher.
24 cans of pre-mix Southern Comfort (flavours may vary).

ITEM 11: PRIZE PROVIDER
Kiss will contact the winner by phone to confirm their prize win.

NDL Group will provide and facilitate the prize.

Prizes will be delivered to the winner within 28 days of winning, providing that the winner has been contactable and has provided full contact details.

ITEM 12: OTHER
Prize is subject to availability.
Prize is non-transferable and non-negotiable.
There is no cash alternative.
All winners must be 18 years of age to consume alcohol.
Please allow up to 10 days for delivery of all electronic items.
Blu Rays and Console Games must exclude special editions and box-sets.
