COMPETITION SPECIFIC TERMS

‘Competition General Terms and Conditions’ apply to all Bauer Radio Competitions, to the extent that they are not modified or overridden by these Specific Terms (http://www.kissfmuk.com/2010/09/23/general-terms-and-conditions/)

ITEM 1: COMPETITION NAME

ITEM 4: COMPETITION REGISTRATION DATES AND TIMES

The competition will be open every day between Monday 19^th November 2012 and Friday 23^rd November 2012 between the times of at 09:00 and 19:00 (specific times to be stated by presenters each day). There will be two competition rounds per day (ten in total across the week) between these times.

 

No pre-registration is required for the on air competition.

 

Any entries received before the opening dates or after the closing dates (for whatever reason) will be invalid.

 

Exact contesting times are subject to change without notice due to programming issues beyond our control.

ITEM 5: COMPETITION CONTESTING DATES AND TIMES

ITEM 6: ENTRANT RESTRICTIONS

The on air competition is open to UK residents.

Entrants must seek bill payer’s permission before entering the competition.

ITEM 7: ROUTES OF ENTRY

You can enter by telephone by calling the studio line when the presenter states.

ITEM 9: DRAW DETAILS

Twice per day, KISS will tell listeners the track that they are listening out for. The next time the specified track is played on KISS, listeners will need to call the studio on 08448 11 22 33 for the chance to win.

 

One caller will be selected at random at each contesting time, taken to air and awarded their prize if they adhere to the terms and conditions of the competition.

ITEM 10: PRIZE DETAILS

A single prize consisting of the following will be awarded to each prizewinner subject to the prizewinner complying with all the terms and conditions applicable to the Competition:

 

One winner per execution will win –

 

-        1 x pair of standard tickets to see Rihanna on her Diamonds World Tour at either London Twickenham Stadium on June 15^th 2013 or Cardiff Millennium Stadium on June 10^th 2013.

 

Winners can choose the date they would like to attend (this is subject to availability).

 

There will be 10 winners in total across the week.

 

Winners and their guests under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult over 18 years old to attend the event.

ITEM 11: PRIZE PROVIDER

Winners will receive a call from KISS in the week after winning on air.

 

Tickets will be posted to the winners closer to the time of the event. This could be any time up to a week before the event.

 

Prizes are non-transferrable and no alternative prize will be offered.

 

No transport, accommodation or spending money will be provided.
