COMPETITION SPECIFIC TERMS
Radio’s ‘Competition General Terms and Conditions’ apply to all Bauer Radio Competitions, to the extent that they are not modified or overridden by these Specific Terms

ITEM 4: COMPETITION REGISTRATION DATES AND TIMES
Registration for the online competition will open at 01:00 on 26th November 2012 and close at 23.59 on 2nd December 2012.

Any entries received before or after these times will not be accepted.

See ITEM 4.

ITEM 6: ENTRANT RESTRICTIONS
The online competition is open to UK residents

ITEM 7: ROUTES OF ENTRY
Entry via www.kissfmuk.com

ITEM 8: JUDGING DETAILS     
The online competition winner will be the person who is selected at random from all eligible entrants that have correctly answering the online question: “Which US singer collaborated with Lady Gaga on her single ‘Telephone’?  Only entrants who correctly answer the question and submit their details via this route will be eligible to win.

There will be ten winners in total

The prize winners will be randomly selected from those persons who correctly answer the online question and submit their details within the specified opening and closing dates.

Winners will be contacted by Bauer Media within 7 days of being selected to confirm prize.

ITEM 10: PRIZE DETAILS   
A single prize consisting of the following will be awarded to the prizewinners subject to the prizewinners complying with all the terms and conditions applicable to the competition:

Ten winners will each win a prize package consisting of:

1 x white ZTE Android 2.3 Smartphone with the following specifications:
•    3.5” touchscreen
•    2GB memory card
•    3.2 megapixel camera
•    Built in WIFI and GPS

The phone will also come with a pay as you go SIM card which will contain no credit.

1 x £50 in the form of a cheque

ITEM 11: PRIZE PROVIDER & OTHER RESTRICTIONS  
Prizes will be provided by Red Kettle Media

Cheque and smart phone will be posted out within 28 days of winning by Red Kettle Media, providing the winner can be contacted to confirm entry details and agreement to aforementioned T&Cs.

A £10 top up is a minimum requirement  needed to activate the supplied SIM card – this will need to  be set up in store if bought at retail or on line

All elements of the prize are strictly non-transferable and non negotiable.
