COMPETITION SPECIFIC TERMS
‘Competition General Terms and Conditions’ apply to all Bauer Radio Competitions, to the extent that they are not modified or overridden by these Specific Terms

ITEM 1: COMPETITION NAME     O2 Priority – Rita Ora

ITEM 2: PROMOTER     Bauer Radio Limited trading as: KISS

ITEM 3: WEBSITE     www.kissfmuk.com

ITEM 4: COMPETITION REGISTRATION DATES AND TIMES     Entries for the Competition will be open on Wednesday 5th December 2012 & on Thursday 6th December 2012 between 19:00 -22:00 (specific times to be stated by presenter each day). There will be one competition round each day between these times.

No pre-registration is required.

Any entries received before the opening dates or after the closing dates (for whatever reason) will be invalid.

ITEM 5: COMPETITION CONTESTING DATES AND TIMES    As above.

ITEM 6: ENTRANT RESTRICTIONS     The competition is open to UK residents.

Entrants must seek bill payer’s permission before entering the competition.

ITEM 7: ROUTES OF ENTRY     You can enter by telephone by calling the studio line when the presenter states.

ITEM 9: DRAW DETAILS     At a certain point during the times stated above, the presenter will tell listeners when to call in for the chance to win.

Listeners will then need to call the studio for the chance to win when advised by the presenter.

Three callers per day will be selected at random and awarded their prize if they adhere to the terms and conditions of the competition. One winner will be taken to air per day and the others will be congratulated off air.

ITEM 10: PRIZE DETAILS     A single prize consisting of the following will be awarded to each prizewinner subject to the prizewinner complying with all the terms and conditions applicable to the Competition:

Three winners per execution will win –

-    2 x standard tickets to see Rita Ora on one date of her UK tour in January / February 2013.

Winners can choose the date they would like to attend from the list below (this is subject to availability).

There will be 6 winners in total across the two days.

Winners and their guests under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult over 18 years old to the event.

ITEM 11: PRIZE PROVIDER     Winners will receive a call from Bauer Media in the week after winning on air.

Entry will be managed by O2 Priority and the winners’ names will be put on a list at the venue. O2 Priority will be in touch with the winners one week before the tour to confirm details.

Prizes are non-transferrable.

No transport or accommodation will be provided.
