COMPETITION SPECIFIC TERMS

‘Competition General Terms and Conditions’ apply to all Bauer Radio Competitions, to the extent that they are not modified or overridden by these Specific Terms (http://www.kissfmuk.com/legal/kiss-competitions)

ITEM 1: COMPETITION NAME

ITEM 4: COMPETITION REGISTRATION DATES AND TIMES

Entries for the online Competition will be open between 09.00 on Monday 25^th February 2013 & 12.00 (midday) on Wednesday 20^th March 2013.

 

All online entries must be received by 12.00 (midday) on Wednesday 20^th March 2013.

 

Any entries received before the opening dates or after the closing dates (for whatever reason) will be invalid.

ITEM 5: COMPETITION CONTESTING DATES AND TIMES

As above.

ITEM 6: ENTRANT RESTRICTIONS

The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over at the date of their entry.

 

Photographic ID maybe required on the night.

ITEM 7: ROUTES OF ENTRY

You can enter by correctly answering a question, choosing the venue/date that you would like to attend and submitting your details.

 

Entrants must choose the date/venue they would like to win tickets to or their entry will be deemed as incomplete.

ITEM 9: DRAW DETAILS

One winner per venue will be chosen by random draw from all correct answers after the competition has closed.

 

There will be one pool of entries for each venue/date and one entry for each venue/date will be selected as a winner.

 

Three winners in total – one winner per venue/date.

ITEM 10: PRIZE DETAILS

A single prize consisting of the following will be awarded to each of the prizewinners subject to the prizewinners complying with all the terms and conditions applicable to the Competition:

 

-        1 x winner will win VIP entry for five people to the Kisstory night at Indigo2, London on Saturday 23^rd March 2013 only.

 

-        1 x winner will win VIP entry for five people to the Kisstory night at Mercy Nightclub, Norwich on Friday 29^th March 2013 only.

 

-        1 x winner will win VIP entry for five people to the Kisstory night at O2 Academy, Bristol on Saturday 30^th March 2013 only.

 

• Entry before midnight
• Must be over 18
• Winner will be put on the guest list.
• Winner and their guests need to be over 18 years old.
• Photographic ID needs to be provided by all guests.
• Doors open at 10pm and the guest list will close at 12am.
• No transport or accommodation is included in the prize.
• The prizes are non-transferable.
• KISSTORY Dress Code: Smart casual/no fancy dress/fresh kicks only.

ITEM 11: PRIZE PROVIDER

Winners will receive a call from Kiss to confirm prize details.

Winner names will be put on the guest list. No tickets will be provided.
