Original Sugababes singers Mutya, Keisha & Siobhan have debuted a kind of cover/interpolation of rapper Kendrick Lamar‘s Swimming Pools (Drank).

Entitled Lay Down in Swimming Pools, the newly recently reformed Mutya Keisha Siobhan demonstrate their vocals over the Swimming Pools instrumental.

We doubt that this will appear on their forthcoming album, as the British producer Dev Hynes, AKA Blood Orange,  shared the track, describing it as a bit of fun. He said:

“Just finished recording new music with Mutya, Keisha and Siobhan and the girls felt like having a bit of fun at the end of the last session – enjoy!!”

Kendrick Lamar will be performing at this year’s KISS Presents Yahoo! Wireless Festival, so we’re betting we’ll get to hear him perform the original version of this live.
