COMPETITION SPECIFIC TERMS

ITEM 4: COMPETITION REGISTRATION DATES AND TIMES
Entries for the Competition will be open between Monday 20th May 2013 at 09:00 and Tuesday 28th May at 08:59.
Any entries received before the opening dates or after the closing dates (for whatever reason) will be invalid.

ITEM 5: COMPETITION CONTESTING DATES AND TIMES
As above.

ITEM 6: ENTRANT RESTRICTIONS
The Competition is open to UK residents.

ITEM 8: JUDGING DETAILS
After the competition has closed on Monday 27th May at 08:59 one winner will be selected at random from all persons who have correctly answered the question on the specific KISS Breakfast Show Online Page and submitted their contact details.

ITEM 9: DRAW DETAILS
As above.

ITEM 10: PRIZE DETAILS
A single prize consisting of the following will be awarded to the prizewinner subject to the prizewinner complying with all the terms and conditions applicable to the competition:

One winner will receive:
1 x BlackBerry Curve 9320 smartphone in the colour of their choice from the range of available colours.
The prize is non-transferrable and no alternative will be offered.
The winner will be able to choose the colour of smartphone they would like from the range of available colours. This is subject to availability.

ITEM 11: PRIZE PROVIDER
RIM/BlackBerry via Bauer Radio.

ITEM 12: OTHER CONDITIONS
Kiss will contact the winner via phone after the competition has closed.

No alternative prize will be offered.

The prizes will be delivered to the winner within 28 days of winning (providing the winner has been contactable).
