Drake is reportedly being sued for $1.5 million after dropping rapper Future from his tour.
The Hold On We’re Going Home star is due to kick off his 39-date ‘Would You Like a Tour?’ shows this Friday.
Initially, Miguel and Future were listed as support acts, but it looks as though Future has been unceremoniously removed.
The New York Post are reporting that this is all because of comments made by Future, about Drake’s NWTS album, during a recent interview with Billboard magazine.
The magazine’s Associate Editor, Erika Ramirez, tweeted a quote from the interview, which included the opinion that Drake’s album “doesn’t grab you”.
“Drake made an album that is full of hits but it doesn’t grab you. They’re not possessive; they don’t make you feel the way I do.” – Future

Despite negotiations to sort things out, the rappers apparently couldn’t come to an agreement.
At the moment though, neither Drake nor Future’s camps have officially commented.
